We believe you have a right to know how artificial intelligence is used — and not used — in building and running Qualendar.

We use AI to help write code

Some of the code that powers Qualendar was written with the assistance of AI coding tools. We review all AI-assisted code before it is deployed.

We do not use AI to process your data

Your personal information, calendars, and event details are never fed into AI models for analysis, training, or any other purpose.

We do not use AI to communicate with you

Every message, email, and notification you receive from Qualendar is written by a human. We do not use AI to generate or personalize communications sent to you.

If this ever changes

If we introduce a feature that uses AI to process your data, we will tell you clearly, make it opt-in, and update this policy before it takes effect.
